Job Description

Job Summary S.W.A.T. Restoration is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to lead and support crews assisting homeowners during times of need by providing emergency mitigation services. This role involves performing work in accordance with IICRC standards, while accurately documenting job sites through photos, notes, and reports. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members and Project Managers to ensure clear, transparent, and respectful communication throughout each project. Technicians are expected to maintain professionalism on-site, support the overall restoration process, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed to respond to emergency service requests. Primary Responsibilities Lead and assist with production activities, including demolition and emergency mitigation, in accordance with IICRC standards. Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and crew members to ensure high-quality service and smooth project execution. Maintain accurate and timely documentation both paper and digital related to job progress and drying systems. Participate in the emergency on-call rotation as scheduled. Help keep vehicles, equipment, and the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for action. Qualifications Experience in cleaning/restoration is required. WRT Certification preferred but not required. Valid Texas driver's license Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 lbs Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods Able to work in confined spaces as needed Must be able to pass a background check Must be willing to cross-train in other divisions
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
