temp-hire or direct hire (depends on the candidate)

Work Schedule:

M-F 7am- 5pm, will have to be on-call on a rotating scheduled every 4-6 weeks

Rate:

$22-28/hr 6 months-3 years of experience at this pay. (more experience and good job tenure could go up to 30/hr, sent to me for review)

Cardinal Dr., Beaumont, TX 77705 : TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician/ Mechanic with minimum 6 months of experience completing repairs and maintenance checks on equipment. Will be working with various types of gas and diesel pumps, forklifts, and other various equipment. Must have mechanical experience, equipment knowledge, and tool knowledge in order to handle various entry level repairs. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have valid DL. Will work at field sites and at main office site.

•Must have their OWN reliable transportation High School diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

experience repairing/maintaining equipment and/or tools

mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools (Mechanically inclined)

some mechanical background, knowledge of various equipment, forklifts, engines is a plus

Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs. In an effort to help with this, we are changing the parameters of what we are looking for. We are looking for experienced technicians. The below qualifications would be a huge help: Forklift certified- some type of forklift experience

Equipment maintenance/repair experience

An assortment of basic tech tools (cordless impacts, wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers)

Industry experience would be a huge plus

TWIC and or ISTC courses- (this isn't make or break) For qualified experienced techs we can increase the pay range to $23-28/hour. We can increase above that if all things check off and they are working within the rental industry.
