•500 Monthly Car allowance Weekend Pay

•additional $12.50/hr. up to 8 hours on Saturday's, and additional $25/hr on Sunday's If they work night shifts, 10% and 15% shift differential depending on the time frame the work in About the Role We are actively seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to represent an industry leader. In this role, you will be the face of the organization, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting product issues, and performing routine maintenance on client-supported products. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills in a supportive, closely supervised environment while working with top-tier technology. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance in the shop, in the field, and on-site to meet customer demands. Perform routine maintenance and assist with new equipment installations according to documented standards. Troubleshoot product problems, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating unresolved issues following standard procedures. Maintain accurate technical information, Field Service Reports (FSRs), expense reports, and all assigned Client property. Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management with supporting documentation. Ensure machine performance targets are consistently met to help achieve overall district metrics. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required. Less than 1 year of related experience (Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of internet environments and networking.

Driving Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and be comfortable with some local travel.

Clearance:
