Water Mitigation Lead Technician We are looking for a Lead Technician in our Water Mitigation Department. Certification and 2 years experience are required. We offer health insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays.

Your Responsibilities:

1) Secure New Jobs

•This includes collecting payment and/or Claim Information 2) Lining out Technician(s) with work process and equipment needed to specific job

•Every Job! 3) Assisting work process and equipment set-up once paperwork and sketch are complete 4) Ensuring all company Procedures and Safety Protocols are carried out by you and followed by your technician(s) 5) Sketching Home in Xactimate 6) Handling all dealings with Home/Business Owner and Insurance Company (as applicable) 7) Daily management of all jobs under your name (sometimes additional) 8) Daily moisture readings and Tightening up of set-up, demo, and clean-up 9) Close out Job with property owner

•Includes receiving payment and job review 10) Entering all job information using MICA and DASH software and submitting to General Manager DAILY You will be training technicians to follow company procedures and safety protocols. We have a Tuesday meeting where you will inform management the status of all jobs under your name. Thursday is a mitigation team member meeting with the General Manager

•you will go over photos of recent jobs, training of ongoing or new procedures, and go through a Q&A with all mitigation employees. The technicians are responsible for the tidiness and organization of your truck as you work in the office after jobs. It is your responsibility to make sure they do their job and do it well. •questions and concerns are always welcome discussion. We start at $18/hr for WRT technicians with minimal years in the field as a lead. If you have over 2 years then we can talk about going up from there.
