To Be Determined Southwest Saw Corp is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for servicing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial meat processing and food service equipment at customer locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding counties. Job Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial meat processing and food service equipment. Travel to grocery stores, meat markets, processing facilities, and other customer locations throughout the assigned service area. Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues, repairs, and service needs. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Keep company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment organized and properly maintained. Work independently while maintaining communication with management and the local shop. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Previous mechanical, electrical, equipment repair, appliance repair, or similar service experience is preferred but not required . Ability and willingness to learn the operation and repair of commercial meat processing equipment. Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and electrical/mechanical components. Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to safely lift and handle tools, parts, and equipment associated with the position. Training Previous experience with meat processing equipment is not required . Training will be provided side-by-side with an experienced technician at customer stores as well as at our local shop . The goal is to provide hands-on training in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing the equipment our customers use every day.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
