Job Summary SFA Services, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable Shop / Service Technician Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with basic mechanical knowledge who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and learning new skills. The successful candidate will assist with shop operations, equipment service and repairs, maintenance, and keeping accurate service records.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Assist technicians with service and repair work as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Organize tools, equipment, parts, and shop supplies Operate basic hand tools and power tools Maintain accurate records and documentation for services, repairs, and parts used Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and preparing equipment Work independently when assigned and effectively as part of a team Follow company safety procedures and instructions Perform other duties as needed to support shop and field operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on mechanical experience preferred Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Self-motivated, dependable, and hardworking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Ability to lift 50 pounds Valid driver's license required Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
