These roles may work in a variety of remote locations and can travel up to multiple locations in a day.
We are seeking an RTLS Support Specialist to support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of Real-Time Location System (RTLS) technology across multiple healthcare facilities. This role combines hands-on technical support, hardware deployment, user training, and troubleshooting to ensure RTLS solutions operate effectively and support clinical and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word (Access is a plus). Ability to perform local travel between sites; must hold a valid driver's license. Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and using PPE. Experience working in hospital or healthcare environments preferred. Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical support for Real-Time Location System (RTLS) technology across multiple healthcare facilities. Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot RTLS hardware, including readers, exciters, sensors, and tracking devices. Maintain accurate inventory records for RTLS equipment and assets across supported campuses. Support small-scale RTLS deployments, including equipment setup, implementation coordination, and user support. Train end users on RTLS functionality and provide day-to-day troubleshooting assistance. Document maintenance activities, system performance, and technical issues through detailed reporting. Update and maintain installation guides, system documentation, and operational procedures. Partner with project teams and stakeholders to prioritize work, coordinate deployments, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Pay:
