A Field Service Technician services and repairs equipment and machines in a variety of customer locations such as residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Workers in this field can specialize in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of industrial, hardware, construction or electronic equipment just to name a few. These roles may work in a variety of remote locations and can travel up to multiple locations in a day.

Job Summary:
The applicant will have the knowledge, skills and ability to successfully operate the fiber drop plow, bore under driveways, use utility locating equipment, hand dig utility potholes, install vaults, landscaping restoration, and communicate with customers on drop and equipment placement.
Essential Functions:

Willing to follow directions and completing tasks delegated by leadership Ability to lift/pull heavy equipment Good organization skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written Comfortable working outdoors in a team environment Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check Must have a valid driver's license with a safe/acceptable driving record in compliance with company policy
