What You'll Do Respond to residential water, fire, and other property damage losses Perform mitigation services including water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and contents handling Set up and monitor drying equipment Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials as needed Assist with fire and smoke cleanup projects Document job progress with photos and detailed notes Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers on-site Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites Follow company safety procedures and restoration standards Work closely with Project Managers and other technicians to complete projects efficiently Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company in customers' homes What We're Looking For Previous disaster restoration or construction experience preferred Experience with water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, or mold remediation is a plus IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT are a plus Comfortable working in residential environments and around customers Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and able to respond to changing schedules and priorities Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift equipment and materials and perform physical job duties Why This Opportunity Join a well-established restoration organization with long-term stability Growing presence in the McKinney market Opportunity for career advancement and skill development Strong investment in employees and long-term career growth Work alongside experienced restoration professionals Opportunity to gain experience across a variety of restoration projects A company focused on developing and retaining good people If you're an experienced restoration technician—or someone with strong construction experience looking to build a career in disaster restoration—we'd like to hear from you.
