This role involves providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services across various c-stores within your state. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience working in industrial environments. The position offers opportunities to work with advanced equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulic systems, HVAC/R systems, and precision measuring instruments. Candidates with a background in industrial maintenance, electrical experience, or military service are encouraged to apply. This is a field-based role requiring excellent customer service and analysis skills to ensure optimal operation of client equipment and systems. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and systems at client sites. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety standards are met. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order management and documentation. Repair or replace components involving hydraulics, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), mechanical parts, and pneumatic systems. Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas. Provide technical support for HVAC/R systems and assist with welding tasks using welding techniques as needed. Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating technical information and solutions. Analyze system performance data to identify root causes of failures or inefficiencies. Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and system conditions for reporting purposes. Skills Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with strong mechanical knowledge. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial control systems. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking. Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding (including welding), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and precision measuring instruments. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately. Low-temp certification is preferred Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex system issues efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Physical capability to operate scissor lifts and perform field service tasks in diverse environments. Additional desirable qualifications include military experience in technical roles or industrial mechanic experience. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of working independently in the field while maintaining high standards of safety and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in fast-paced manufacturing settings.
