DME SALES/SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are an established Durable Medical Equipment company seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined sales/service technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, working with equipment, and building strong relationships with patients and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities Deliver, set up, service, and troubleshoot Durable Medical Equipment Perform basic repairs and adjustments to wheelchairs and other equipment Visit Healthcare facilities and patients within an assigned territory Develop and maintain positive relationships with facility staff and referral sources Identify patient needs and opportunities for additional equipment or service Complete required delivery, service, sales, and equipment documentation accurately Manage daily routes and responsibilities with minimal supervision Communicate effectively with office staff regarding patient needs, equipment issues, and follow up Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory in an organized and professional manner Qualifications Mechanically inclined with strong problem solving skills Self starter who can work independently without direct supervision Dependable, organized, and able to manage time efficiently Professional and comfortable communicating with patients and healthcare professionals Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn DME equipment, products, and procedures Ability to safely lift, move, and handle medical equipment Valid Drivers license and acceptable driving record Previous DME, Medical Equipment, delivery, service, technician, healthcare, or sales experience is preferred but not required Must be able to pass a back round check

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
