Responsibilities Assist with daily shop operations, including organizing tools, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of work areas and equipment to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs. Help troubleshoot basic technical issues under supervision, supporting the team in completing tasks accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and field sites to promote a safe working environment. Document work activities, inventory movements, and safety checks accurately for record-keeping purposes. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards across all tasks. Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors. Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to shop or field environments. Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in a hands-on role or technical environment is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license may be preferred for field-related responsibilities.
