09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Field Service Tech Our established maintenance service company is expanding operations in West Texas. Our company is seeking Field Technicians for routine maintenance of heavy equipment and vehicles used primarily in fracking operations. Advancement and earning potential is commensurate with performance. The Field Service Technician requires travel to various Oil and Gas fracking, and other energy related sites in Texas to service equipment. Duties will include changing oil, filters, updating service records, and reporting of maintenance issues requiring repair. Other tasks as assigned. The Field Technician will be responsible for managing multiple projects under tight deadlines per customer demands. No previous experience is required for the right candidate. Must be willing to learn new skills in a variety of areas, work in a team setting , efficiently and safely. Candidates must be able to handle a demanding workload. Prior mechanical experience and knowledge of basic hand tools is desired. All applicants must have a professional appearance, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. A stable work history is desired.
