In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and maintenance for a wide range of office equipment, including complex inverter systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction through hands-on repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive technician eager to work in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills make a real impact. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of field service equipment, with a focus on inverters Diagnose hardware issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify faults quickly and accurately Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to repair or replace faulty parts on office equipment such as printers, copiers, and inverter-driven devices Conduct detailed electrical and mechanical diagnostics to support equipment troubleshooting and ensure optimal operation Support technical customer service by providing clear guidance on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps Maintain accurate service records, logs, and documentation of all repairs performed in compliance with company standards Collaborate with team members to improve field service processes and share knowledge on inverter systems and hardware support Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field service role with a strong emphasis on inverter systems (must have inverter experience) Extensive knowledge of hardware diagnostics, electrical systems, electro-mechanical components. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to perform precise repairs using hand tools and field service equipment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients of varying technical backgrounds Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation effectively Electrical experience coupled with hardware support skills to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier field service support!
