The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration services, particularly in water damage restoration and fire restoration. This role involves working on-site to assess, clean, and restore properties affected by water damage, ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of properties affected by water damage or fire incidents. Implement effective water damage restoration techniques, including extraction and drying processes. Perform mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety standards during restoration activities. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various restoration tasks, including carpet cleaning and construction-related duties. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. Follow safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others on the job site. Experience Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable, particularly in water damage restoration, fire restoration, or mold remediation. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in restoration processes. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction and restoration tasks. Experience with asbestos abatement is a plus but not required. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
