Salary Range:

$17.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Medical Benefits After 6 Months Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Texas Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs). Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and areas with mold or water damage. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation. Basic understanding of construction or maintenance is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls. Set up and operate water extraction and drying equipment. Contain and remove mold and mildew from affected areas. Perform demolition and reconstruction tasks as needed. Properly document job progress, including photos and notes. Maintain and clean all company equipment and vehicles. Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. Assist senior technicians with various tasks on job sites.
