Position Summary The Water Solutions Technician is responsible for servicing customer locations, maintaining Water Solutions equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring all equipment remains in safe working condition. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently in the field while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling to customer locations, performing equipment maintenance and repairs, collecting and documenting required data, and responding to service calls as needed. Major Duties Respond to field service calls and customer requests. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Water Solutions equipment, including sewer wagons, water systems, pumps, tanks, and related equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and operational issues in the field. Conduct inspections of equipment to identify deficiencies and ensure equipment readiness. Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation. Assist with the installation, startup, operation, and removal of Water Solutions equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA, customer, and company safety requirements. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly. Participate in after-hours service calls and on-call rotations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Previous experience in oil and gas, water treatment, wastewater, plumbing, equipment maintenance, or a related field preferred. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, plumbing systems, and electrical components. Knowledge of OSHA and general safety regulations preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
