We are a fast-growing property management company focused on customer service, communication, and technology. Job Responsibilities:

Driving an On Q logo-wrapped vehicle for up to 75% of working hours Maintain a clean interior and exterior of a company-provided vehicle Efficiently Operate our systems and applications to document inspections Take extremely detailed notes Communicate efficiently and effectively to other departments Provide superb customer service in interactions with Clients Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Great Driving Record Active Driver's License Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer Service Mindset Amazing attention to detail Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly Experience in a customer service, coordination, or dispatch role Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
