Full-time Pay:
$25.00-$35.00 STARTING - Based on experience Responsibilities Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on construction equipment and Aerial Lifts at customer jobsites. Travel daily in a company-provided service van to respond to customer service calls in the field. Repair, service, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, chassis, pump systems, safety services, and body service issues related to all types of construction equipment. Perform maintenance and inspections in accordance with NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer requirements as well as company safety regulations. When not responding to field calls, assist with repairs and maintenance projects in the main shop. Identify and coordinate parts and repair needs with the shop supervisor or parts department. Maintain and safely operate company service vehicle, tools, and equipment. Be willing and able to work occasional overtime, stand-by, and unannounced call-out situations as needed to support customer needs. Experience & Qualifications 3 years of experience in equipment service and repair. Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems (preferred). High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (required). Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field. Physical Work Conditions (not limited to) Exposure to noise, trip hazards, fall hazards, and chemicals (battery acid, grease, de-greasers, etc.). Work performed in outdoor environments including hot, cold, and humid conditions. Working on, around, and underneath large equipment requiring squatting, kneeling, crawling, standing, etc. for extended periods. Must be able to lift parts, tools, and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs occasionally.
