General Job Description:
Troubleshoot, Repair, and Maintain automatic and manual Wash Equipment. . Perform preventive maintenance. Deliver and dilute wash soap from concentrate. Establish a relationship with customers at equipment locations. Identify necessary parts for repairs and maintain inventory stock. Complete job orders documenting your work in detail. Travel to work sites in your company vehicle. Keep yourself and your company vehicle safe. Have an insurable driving record Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Some overnight travel is required. Work Experience that will make you successful: Be familiar with pump operations, troubleshooting and rebuilding. Burner skills both for natural gas and propane. Electrical knowledge with 3 phase and single phase. Understand some relay logic and be able to trace input/output failures within panels and machines. Past applicants with car wash repair, industrial maintenance and/or HVAC have all made an easy transition to the our equipment repair field. Attach your resume if you think your experience might translate to our business. Ideal applicant will have excellent record keeping skills and is dependable. Must work well independently. Accurate and professional verbal and written communication skills. Our technicians lift 20 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs., as required. They climb ladders daily. Must be punctual, reliable and represent themselves professionally. Must have an insurable driving record. We provide our Chemical Service Representatives with clean, late model service trucks, a gas card, per diems for nights spent on the road and we make sure our techs are home on the weekends.
