- Visits new assignments/jobs, interface with the client, and secure the job.
- Scopes the damages at the site, performs mitigation services, provides clear documentation to be submitted to insurance companies for approval.
- Develops moisture mapping and creates drying log.
- Water extraction.
- Perform demolitions and light construction tasks.
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
- Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies needed for each project.
- Driving company vehicle as needed.
- Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
- Participate in an "On Call" rotation for after-hours service calls, which involve some weekend and night responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess;
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to exercise good judgement in making decisions.
- Ability to work in all types of structures that have experienced some form of disaster.
- Able to be flexible and available for 24-hour emergency work.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Job Type
