Water and Mold Restoration Field Specialist Luminous Services LLC White Oak, TX Job Details 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job post Water and Mold Restoration Field Specialist The Restoration Field Specialist is responsible for remediating affected structures, operating specialized drying and dehumidification equipment, and documenting work in order to restore properties safely, efficiently, and according to company and industry standards. The primary mission of this role is to restore damaged properties through safe mitigation practices, proper equipment use, accurate documentation, and professional service that protects the customer, the property, and the integrity of the restoration process. Responsibilities Arrive on site in company-approved uniform and present a professional appearance at all times. Arrive promptly according to dispatch instructions and follow all company safety protocols. Perform demolition, cleaning, and sanitization safely while protecting unaffected areas and personal property. Set up, operate, and monitor restoration equipment including extractors, dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers according to industry standards. Follow IICRC and company standards for categorizing losses, calculating equipment needs, and completing drying checks. Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper containment, debris removal, and end-of-day equipment checks. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, explain the work being performed, and set realistic expectations. Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and adjusters to keep jobs on schedule and within scope. Participate in continued education and ongoing skill development. Be present, prepared, and engaged in team meetings. Take accurate moisture readings and capture job photos and videos to company expectations. Utilize available software, technology, and tools effectively. Upload and send documentation at the correct times and stages of the job.
