Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform arrival/departure inspections at vacation rental properties.
- Remove trash from properties.
- Respond to service requests as directed by the Operations Coordinator.
- Interact with guests and homeowners in professional manner.
- Update/close work orders in a maintenance management system.
- Other varied duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Have a Smartphone to communicate with the team and access maintenance work orders in the field.
- Able to quickly learn maintenance software.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- You're a strong communicator, and able to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to work flexible hours/variable day schedule including weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Dependable vehicle required.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Compensation:
- $15.00/hr.
- Vehicle mileage reimbursement.
- This is a W2 seasonal full-time position.
