Job Description

Seasonal Field Services Associate Hill Country Premier Lodging, a vacation rental management company based in Wimberley, Texas, is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Field Services team. A qualified candidate is a high energy individual with attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced workday outside of an office environment. This is a W2 seasonal full-time position. Assignment will last from August 1, 2026 through September 11, 2026.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform arrival/departure inspections at vacation rental properties.
  • Remove trash from properties.
  • Respond to service requests as directed by the Operations Coordinator.
  • Interact with guests and homeowners in professional manner.
  • Update/close work orders in a maintenance management system.
  • Other varied duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Have a Smartphone to communicate with the team and access maintenance work orders in the field.
  • Able to quickly learn maintenance software.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You're a strong communicator, and able to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/variable day schedule including weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Dependable vehicle required.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Compensation:
  • $15.00/hr.
  • Vehicle mileage reimbursement.
  • This is a W2 seasonal full-time position.
Assignment will last from August 1, 2026 through September 11, 2026.
Note:
Before hiring, candidates will be subject to a background investigation, including criminal background and driving record.
