Water Damage Restoration Technician — No Experience Necessary Guardian Restoration is brand new. We're putting together our first crew, and we need people who work hard, pay attention, and want to get better at the job over time. What We Offer Guaranteed 40 hours a week, plus regular overtime Room to move up. Strong performers can become Lead Technician or Project Manager Full hands-on training, no restoration background needed The chance to grow with a company from day one instead of stepping into something already figured out What You'll Do Demolition on water-damaged materials Set up and monitor drying equipment Work alongside the team most days, with occasional stretches on your own Keep job sites clean Fill out paperwork accurately Deal with customers professionally and make sure they're taken care of Who We're Looking For Hardworking, dependable Detail-oriented Can stay productive and think for yourself if you're on your own for a bit Takes ownership when you're given responsibility Comfortable with physical work Valid driver's license required, plus reliable transportation No experience needed, we'll train you Training and Growth Onboarding is hands-on from day one. As you build skill, you'll take on more, including solo stretches on-site and, eventually, a path toward Lead Technician or Project Manager.
