Job Description
Starting Pay:

- What You'll Do As a Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines helping customers during stressful situations. Every day is different, and your work makes a real impact.
- Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, fire cleanup, and general restoration services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Communicate directly with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Document job progress (photos, notes, work orders)
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site organization

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 40-75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in active job sites (water damage, fire damage, mold, etc.)
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet throughout the day Compensation & Benefits
