Job Description
Position Summary:
Xylem is looking for a Senior Field Service technician to report to our Arlington, TX facility and service our customers in the surrounding areas. What your day will look like as aField Service Technician:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle, within our Light Industries Division. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged. This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends. Core Responsibilities and Tasks Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization Takes care of company property Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions Anticipates and corrects safety issues - both company and customer owned equipment Direct interfacing with customers May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers Provides coachingPosition Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent Industry specific licenses preferred Ability to obtain TWIC card Ability to coach and train entry-level technicians 2-5 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices Must have customer service experience Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability Able to operate company service vehicle safely Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screenAdditional Details:

25% or less The estimated salary range for this position is $27 to $33 an hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
