Noble Exterior Services is a growing local exterior services company serving Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and the surrounding Hampton Roads area. We're looking for a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in their work and wants the opportunity to earn more as they become more capable and independent. No previous exterior cleaning experience is required. We provide on-the-job training. How Pay Works This is a W-2 position with performance-based pay. Instead of earning only a flat hourly rate, technicians earn a percentage of the jobs they complete. New technicians typically start at 20% of job revenue while training and demonstrating consistency. Technicians who demonstrate reliable, high-quality independent work can progress to 25% . Consistently high-performing technicians can earn up to 30% based on factors such as reliability, punctuality, quality, customer feedback, and low callback rates. Technicians keep 100% of customer tips . Qualifying business mileage is reimbursed when using your personal vehicle for work. For perspective, on a $250 job: 20% = $50 25% = $62.50 30% = $75 At our typical job values and workload, we expect this position to generally produce approximately $500-$950 per week in job-based compensation , depending on schedule, job volume, job value, performance level, and assigned percentage. Earnings and hours are not guaranteed and can vary based on workload, weather, and other factors. All compensable time is recorded, and applicable minimum-wage and overtime requirements apply. What You'll Do You'll travel to customers' homes throughout our service area and perform residential exterior services using professional equipment and company procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

Completing assigned exterior-service jobs thoroughly and efficiently Setting up, using, cleaning, and caring for company equipment Working outdoors and performing physically active work Using ladders and working at elevated heights when properly trained and authorized Communicating professionally with customers Keeping us updated on job progress, problems, or customer concerns Maintaining the quality standards required to complete jobs independently You'll initially work alongside us while learning our equipment, processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. As you demonstrate that you can consistently complete work safely and correctly, you'll be given greater independence. What We're Looking For Experience is not required. We'd rather train someone dependable and willing to learn than require years of industry experience.

Schedule Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, although substantial weekday availability is preferred. Our schedule has some flexibility. For part-time employees, we're generally looking for availability for full workdays on fewer days per week , rather than only a few hours each day. Expected hours are generally 24-40 per week , but hours and job volume can vary based on customer demand, weather, scheduling, and season. Vehicle Requirement You must have regular access to a reliable personal vehicle with adequate cargo space for work equipment . Your vehicle needs to be capable of safely carrying equipment such as a folding ladder, water-fed poles approximately 7 feet long when collapsed, a deionized-water tank, and smaller tools and supplies. A pickup truck, SUV, van, or similar vehicle may work. A valid driver's license, current registration, and required personal auto insurance are required.
