Water Mitigation Technician Blacksburg, VA Full-Time |
Year-Round Employment Pay:

We're looking for a dependable Water Mitigation Technician to respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies. You'll work alongside an experienced team to mitigate water damage, protect customers' property, and restore homes and businesses after unexpected losses. Qualified candidates should have:
Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, or another skilled trade is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and equipment Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor throughout the day Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is a plus but not required.
