Year-Round Position Pay:

You'll assist with residential and commercial restoration projects following leaks, flooding, and other water-related property damage. Previous experience is helpful, but it isn't required . Depending on the project, you'll assist with water extraction, drying equipment setup, cleanup, removal of damaged materials, and monitoring affected areas throughout the drying process. You'll learn how to operate air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters, and other professional restoration equipment. You'll also help document job progress, maintain organized work areas, care for company equipment, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates. Every project is different, making this a good fit for someone who prefers active work instead of doing the same thing every day. IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is a plus, but not required. No Restoration Experience?
