Job Description

Field Technician We are seeking two dependable Field Technicians to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial filtration systems at customer locations. One of the selected candidates should have prior experience leading field crews and coordinating daily job-site activities. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair filtration systems and related equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues in the field. Perform preventive maintenance according to established procedures. Travel to customer sites, including overnight and out-of-town assignments. Work rotating shifts as required by project and customer needs. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Complete service reports and other required documentation accurately. Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
For the crew-lead candidate:
direct field crews, assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, and help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Ability and willingness to travel out of town and stay overnight. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends when required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to perform physical fieldwork, including lifting equipment, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with industrial equipment, filtration systems, mechanical maintenance, or field service. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Prior experience supervising or running field crews is strongly preferred for one of the two openings. Experience working in industrial or customer-site environments. Work Environment This position involves travel to various customer locations and may include work outdoors or in industrial environments. Schedules may vary depending on project requirements, and overnight travel will be required.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
