Summary We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team in providing exceptional service in disaster recovery. Located in the US, this role is pivotal in executing restoration projects that align with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform fire and water damage restoration services. Execute mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks. Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop restoration plans. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during projects. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and expectations. Document work performed and materials used for each project. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service. Qualifications

• Proven experience in fire restoration, water damage restoration, or related fields. Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and safety protocols. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and restoration. Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Excellent communication skills for client interaction. Certification in relevant areas (e.g., IICRC) is a plus.
