Restoration Technician | $20-$26/hr DOE | Paid Training SERVPRO® of Skagit & Island Counties is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician to join our Burlington team. This is a hands-on role helping homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Previous restoration experience is not required . We provide paid, hands-on training and opportunities to earn industry certifications. We're looking for someone who is dependable, works well as part of a team, takes pride in doing quality work, and is ready to learn and build their skills. What You'll Do Assist with water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects. Set up, monitor, and maintain restoration equipment. Perform cleanup, demolition, content handling, and other hands-on restoration work. Load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and supplies. Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, professional job sites and vehicles. Work closely with Crew Leads and other team members to complete projects safely and efficiently. Provide professional, respectful service while working in customers' homes and businesses. What We're Looking For Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn. Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally assist with heavier items. Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, on ladders, and in varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Previous restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance, or similar hands-on experience is a plus, but not required . IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required. Pay & Growth $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We provide paid training to help you learn the restoration industry, develop technical skills, and earn industry certifications.
