Basic Job Functions:
Job-site analysis, trouble shooting, and contractor support for NIPG products including quality assurance, product claims and building diagnostics. Manages the customer contact and develops relationships with customers to provide information or instruction on detailing and installation practices for NIPG products. Deliver installation training for installers/contractors. Conduct thorough warranty inspections and develop detailed and effective field reports. Ability to speak to code compliance and has the ability to see cause and effect of installation process and the effects on the IMP product. Understanding of detailing and installation processes required to make a successful connection of the IMP to the building envelope. Communicates and reports observations and maintain records. Working with peers and supporting management in a way that leads to a culture of best outcome for NIPG Support the goals of Nucor. Demonstrate courteous and professional business etiquette. Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs to heights of 100ft or more. Ability to work at heights for long hours and be comfortable walking on roofs. Must be located in one of the following states Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Willingness and means to travel 60% of the time. Previous hands-on field experience with IMP installation (2yr. min.)
