Come join the team! Environment Control of North Seattle is looking for a Water Technician that is personable, dedicated, and professional. This is a great opportunity for a qualified person who wants a great opportunity and career path. Responsibilities Inspect properties with water damage, mold, and fire. Build preliminary scope of work for projects. Obtain work authorization signatures from customers. Perform all necessary mitigation activities up to
IICRC S500, S520, & S100
standard. Maintain accurate scopes and dry logs throughout project. Take appropriate photo documentation of project entirety. Dispatch to emergency calls during after hours when on call. Actively listen and utilize problem solving skills to address client concerns. Effectively communicate via written and verbal communication with peers, supervisors, and clients. Requirements High school graduate or equivalent Experience in Restoration industry. Must have a valid driver's license and clean/insurable driving record. Available for on-call, 24 hour response schedule as needed.
IICRC certifications:
WRT & AMRT
preferred. Exceptional verbal and written and communication skills. Outside sales experience helpful Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times. Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval purposes. Communicate with sub-contractors on the job site and work to be completed. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Move up to 100 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise re-positioning objects. Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting squatting, crawling, and crouching is required. For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal your face. Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: the change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
