We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (TSR) to provide top-notch technical support for assigned equipment within a geographical territory. Problem-Solving:
Diagnose and repair equipment issues using technical and mechanical skills.
Equipment Management:
Install, update, and remove equipment as needed.
Customer Support:
Build strong relationships with customers and client personnel.
Training:
Provide informal training to enhance machine performance.
Reporting:
Complete accurate and timely reporting on all service activities.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Adaptability:
Tackle daily task changes, long-distance travel, and occasional overnight stays. What We're Looking For We're searching for candidates with:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Formal technical training or 1-3 years of experience with electromechanical equipment preferred.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfort with tools, troubleshooting, and using technology.
Customer Service Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Independence:
Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
Flexibility:
Willingness to travel long distances and adjust to changing schedules.
Driver's License:
A valid license with a clean motor vehicle record. Working Conditions Extensive driving within a geographical territory. Occasional overnight travel and weekend work may be required.
