The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver. Great communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a steady completion of workload in a timely manner are the keys to success. Responsibilities Perform high-quality water mitigation services Water extraction and drying of affected areas Execute mold remediation process to ensure safe and effective removal of hazardous materials Performing demolition tasks • Utilize hand tools and equipment for various restoration tasks while adhering to safety protocols Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged Setting up and monitoring drying equipment Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment Perform job cleanup and breakdown Complete work in crawl spaces and attics when necessary Communicate effectively with clients regarding the mitigation process and provide updates on progress Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, detail pictures by using mobile devices and applications to report and record daily activity Physical Demands Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force routinely, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Ascends/descends ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.

$20.00 - $24.00 Water Mitigation Technician $25-$30
