  • As a Field Engineer 2, you will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment for one or more modalities within a hospital or healthcare system in the Greater Portland/Vancouver Washington area.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients.
+ Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up to drive customer satisfaction. + Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured, including the ordering of parts.
  • Required Qualifications
  • + Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, military education or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment + 2+ years of experience servicing Imaging equipment + Valid Driver's License + Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.   • Special Physical Requirements
  • + Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $81,600.00-$122,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
