Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency situations involving fire, water, flood, or mold damage, demonstrating emergency response readiness at all times Perform detailed cleaning and restoration tasks using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as Xactimate for estimating repairs Execute flood and water damage restoration by extracting water, drying affected areas, and preventing mold growth through proper remediation techniques Operate company vehicles safely for on-site assignments and ensure compliance with all safety procedures including PPE use and personal protective equipment protocols Assist with construction-related tasks when needed, including minor repairs or structural assessments during the restoration process Maintain excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, providing updates on progress, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred Knowledge of water damage restoration, flood recovery, and mold remediation techniques Ability to respond quickly to emergency calls and work on-call coverage as needed Familiarity with safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection standards Strong hands-on skills with hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and other restoration tools Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join us in delivering exceptional restoration services that rebuild lives!
