Badger State Staffing is seeking driven Restoration Technicians for full-time positions based in Appleton. In this role, you'll be part of a team that helps homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage, making a tangible positive impact during challenging times. Schedule:

This position features a project-based schedule, typically ranging from 36 to 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You will also support an on-call rotation one week per month, which will include weekend availability to ensure site coverage. What we're looking for: A strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliability and punctuality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Employment is contingent upon the successful results of a national criminal background check
