About the Role One of our fast-growing clients is seeking a mechanically skilled Field Service Technician. This role is designed for technicians with at least 2 years of hands-on experience servicing or installing commercial overhead doors, dock equipment (dock levelers), or residential garage doors. This is a hands-on, customer-facing field service role for a dependable and experienced technician who enjoys diagnosing mechanical issues, enjoy working independently, and delivering safe, high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial sectional doors, rolling steel doors, and high-speed fabric doors as well as residential garage doors. Diagnose and wire commercial operators, control boxes, photo-eyes, and safety edges. Communicate professionally with facility and plant managers on site regarding repairs, installs and safety recommendations. Follow company safety procedures and applicable job-site requirements while working around moving equipment, electrical components, loading docks, and elevated work areas. Qualifications 2+ years of experience installing, servicing, or repairing commercial overhead doors, dock equipment, or residential garage doors. Solid mechanical aptitude with springs, cables, drums, track alignment, and hydraulics. Basic low-voltage electrical troubleshooting knowledge (commercial operators, limit switches, control panels). Experience working with Scissor Lifts and Boom Lifts. Must be comfortable working off of ladders and heights. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to commute to our location daily to pickup materials and the truck to go to each job. Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely on active jobsites.
