Description:

Organizational Relationships:

Reports to the head of Operations. Position works with Install/Service Technicians, Lead Technician, General Contractors and Homeowners.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Lead Technician, perform duties relating to the installation and maintenance of elevators and lifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(duties may include, but not limited to) Delivers elevators/lifts to job site using company vehicles Assists to install and/or service elevators or lifts Moving and raising elevator components, using hoists, dollies or other equipment Provide daily job updates via email/project manager software Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order Responsible for a clean and hazard free work area Follow company safety guidelines

Working Conditions:

Field environment, construction job sites, exposure to the weather, dust, grease, odors, noise and possible confined areas.

Mechanical Aptitude Must supply own basic tools Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record Schedule based on needs. Occasional overtime

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment Must be physically able to walk, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, stand and twist Must be able to work in confined spaces Must be able to work at heights up to 60 ft
