Full-Time ​ About the Role At Hansen's Pool & Spa , our Installation & Service Technicians play a critical role in both delivering new customer projects and supporting customers long after the sale. This position includes the delivery, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of pools, hot tubs, saunas, liners, and related equipment. No prior industry experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. We will train the right candidate. ​ Schedule & Hours This is a full-time, year-round position with seasonal hour fluctuations: Peak Season (May-October): Anticipated 40-50 hours per week Off-Season (November-April): Average 30-35 hours per week, depending on demand Primarily Monday - Friday with occasional offering of Saturdays during peak season. ​ What You'll Do Deliver and install pools, hot tubs, saunas, liners, and related products Diagnose and repair pool and hot tub equipment Perform maintenance and service calls at customer homes Install, replace, and troubleshoot pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing, and electrical components Assist with pool liner replacements and equipment upgrades Educate customers on proper care, operation, and maintenance Communicate clearly with customers regarding installation timelines and service findings Document work completed and maintain accurate service records Work collaboratively with the retail, service, and installation teams Represent the company professionally on every job site ​ Who You Are Mechanically inclined with a natural curiosity for how things work Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift and move heavy equipment/materials when needed Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Organized and detail-focused Valid driver's license required Experience in mechanical repair, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, automotive repair, construction, or general trades is helpful but not required. ​ Compensation & Benefits $20-$30 per hour, based on experience Full-time employment Retirement Program
