Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system diagnostics. Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety protocols during on-site visits. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly about repair processes, timelines, and system care tips. Have knowledge in electrical testing and repair Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals is essential for accurate diagnostics.
