Job Description

- Daytime hours
- Monday-Friday 6:30am
- 3:30pm. Typically Inside 25% & Outside 75% . On call availability
- Training
- Through ongoing training about rental equipment and equipment and setup.
Main Function :
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fleet equipment. Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective action. Maintain jobsite rental equipment set up, maintenance, repair, and tear down.Description of Duties :
- Maintain prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to all internal/external customers.
- Maintain work orders and record all parts used on jobs in progress.
- Troubleshoot rental fleet equipment performance problems, provide recommendations for problem resolution; provide estimates for repair, replacement, and installation according to problem diagnosis and repair/replacement recommendation.
- Inform supervisor of all equipment failures. Provide assistance for follow-up and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate service records on branch rental equipment.
- Perform routine and annual maintenance of rental equipment fleet.
- Report any known unsafe or hazardous mechanical conditions that exist on any equipment lines to Supervisor
- Wear appropriate safety gear conforming to LCS Safety guidelines. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothing and jewelry are not permitted.
- Attend all Store / Safety meetings.
- Attend Service Training classes for technical job growth.
- Provide assistance to Sales Personnel as needed.
- Some heavy lifting, climbing, and carrying are required in performance of the job.
Requirements:
- Drivers License with acceptable Driving record per our company insurance.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- After hours on call Pay range is based on experience.
