Neenah Requirements:
Flexible working overtime beyond an 8hr day to complete jobs Capable of lifting 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs with assistance Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Cleaning residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, or biohazard damage Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of affected areas using industrial cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment Apply appropriate cleaning agents to walls, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces Remove debris, dust, and residue left behind from reconstruction or demolition work Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles Assist restoration technicians with removing and disposing of damaged materials such as carpet, drywall, and insulation when needed
