Job Description

We are seeking a Conveyor Belting Technician who is hands-on, safety-focused, and eager to learn. In this role, you will work with experienced team members to perform conveyor belt splicing and installation, including mechanical and vulcanized splices on heavy belting . You will also support other field service and warehouse tasks as trained.

Non-Exempt Key Responsibilities Maintain 100% commitment to safety at all times. Assist in conveyor belt installations, including mechanical splicing and vulcanization of heavy belting . Provide onsite customer service and represent LGG in a professional manner. Work closely with Field Service Supervisors and team members to meet project goals. Operate tools and machinery used in conveyor belting applications. Document work and communicate quality concerns to management. Travel to customer job sites, including out-of-town assignments. Minimum Qualifications Must be willing to relocation. At least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Reliable transportation and ability to work independently. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, carry, and stand for long periods. Ability to read safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic math and measuring skills. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical (or current DOT medical card). Total Rewards Competitive compensation plan, with a bonus potential
