Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Handyman to join our facilities team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our two assisted living homes' interior & exterior.
Responsibilities General Repairs:
Fix leaky faucets, patch drywall, paint walls, and repair doors or windows.
Resident Support:
Hang pictures, assemble furniture, and adjust accessibility equipment in resident rooms.
Safety Checks:
Inspect emergency lights, test smoke alarms, and clear walkways.
Preventative Maintenance:
Change HVAC filters, check facility equipment, and log completed work.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum 2 years of general repair or building maintenance work.
Skills:
Knowledge of basic tools, plumbing, and electrical fixes.
Physical Needs:
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for long shifts.
Clearances:
Must pass a state background check and drug screen required for eldercare workers.
Pay:
