Get Lit Seasonal Lighting is hiring reliable, hardworking, and friendly installers to help us decorate homes and businesses throughout North County San Diego. What You'll Do Install and remove Christmas lights on homes, roofs, trees, and bushes Work from ladders and rooftops Prep and organize lights, clips, cords, and equipment Help troubleshoot lighting issues Keep job sites clean and respect customers' property Work closely with the crew to finish jobs safely and efficiently Interact with homeowners in a friendly, professional way You're a Good Fit If You Are Dependable and on time Comfortable with heights and physical outdoor work Hardworking and safety-conscious Friendly with customers and coworkers Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Have your own transportation. Mileage is not reimbursed. Schedule We're looking for someone available during our two busiest periods: November 1-December 4, 2026 and January 2-10, 2027 . Typical hours are approx. 2:30-6:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM-4:00 PM on weekends , although days and hours will vary based on our job schedule and weather. You do not need to be available for every day or shift. However, because our season is short, the more availability you have, the more opportunities you'll have to work and earn.
