Job Description
Full Job Description Casago Sea Ranch is hiring a full-time Maintenance Runner to help keep our vacation homes in Sea Ranch and Gualala guest-ready. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role. You will move between properties throughout the day, handle small repairs and upkeep, and help guests with basic troubleshooting so homes stay clean, safe, and well presented between stays. About us Casago Sea Ranch manages vacation homes along the Sonoma Coast. We are a local team, and this role is a core part of how we take care of our properties and our guests. What you will do Replace light bulbs and smoke-alarm batteries Clean exterior windows Pick up trash and keep properties tidy between reservations Fill, transport, and swap barbecue propane tanks Help guests with basic troubleshooting (TVs, remotes, Wi-Fi, and similar) Handle general property upkeep and minor maintenance Respond promptly to maintenance and guest-service requests What we are looking for Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and move efficiently from one property to the next Clear communication and a guest-friendly manner Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Pay and benefits $23-$28 per hour Full-time hours Benefits package Company work phone Mileage reimbursement If you like practical work, solving problems on the spot, and keeping homes in good shape, we would like to hear from you.
