Self-Determined / Flexible (Full-time, Part-time, or Weekend routes) Position Overview We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to provide premium residential and commercial cleaning services across Orange County. As an independent partner, you retain total control over your schedule, route preferences, and workload while leveraging our client dispatch network to keep your business fully booked. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes, vacation rentals, and commercial spaces. Execute detailed cleaning tasks including surface sanitization, dusting, kitchen and bathroom detailing, cabinet clearing, and fixture polishing. Provide comprehensive floor care including vacuuming carpets, sweeping, and mopping hard surface floors. Transport, manage, and utilize your own professional-grade cleaning tools, solutions, and gear at all job sites. Complete pre- and post-cleaning walkthroughs to ensure property standards meet client specifications. Manage job acceptances, clock-ins, photos, and task completion updates using our contractor mobile application.

Mandatory Contractor Requirements Insurance:

Active General Liability Insurance policy ($1,000,000 minimum limit) with a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Professional Equipment:

Must own a high-powered vacuum (Dyson/Shark or commercial equivalent), microfiber towel system, mop/bucket set, step ladder, and complete line of non-abrasive cleaning chemicals.

Vehicle & License:

Personal, insured vehicle capable of transporting equipment across your chosen OC target zones, along with a valid California Driver's License.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial).

Legal Verification:

Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.

Smart Device:

iOS or Android smartphone with active data service for job management. Performance Expectations Maintain an average client rating of 4.8 out of 5.0 stars across all completed jobs. Adhere to designated client arrival windows and practice professional, courteous communication. Maintain strict confidentiality, security protocols (lockbox codes, keys), and respect for client property.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
